How much does a property valuation cost?
The fee depends on the property type, location, complexity, available information and purpose of the report. Send the address or cadastral code with a brief description so we can discuss the work and provide a quote.
How long does a valuation take?
The delivery date is agreed after we review the assignment, documents and any inspection requirements. Tell us about your deadline at the first contact, especially if a bank or another recipient has set a date.
Can I use the report for a bank or court?
Tell us who will receive the report and for what purpose. Banks, courts and other institutions may have their own requirements for the valuer, scope, valuation date and report format. Confirm acceptance with the intended recipient before commissioning.
Do you work outside Batumi?
GB Valuation is based in Batumi and handles enquiries from across Georgia. Send the property's location so we can agree the scope, whether an inspection is needed and how it will be arranged.
